Dear Mr. Smith:
A rescission request was recently received for the permits listed below. Staff from the Division of Water
Resources has confirmed that these Permits are no longer required. Therefore, in accordance with your
request,the following Sewer Extension Permits are rescinded,effective immediately.
WQ0021457 Oak Hill Mobile Home Park Sewer Ext. issued 06/18/02
WQ0022038 Hendersonville Mobile Estates issued 12/02/02
WQ0028580 Carriage Park,Section 22-Sewer Ext. issued 03/15/05
WQ0032468 Annexation Area 24-Phase 2 issued 11/27/07
If in the future, if you wish again to operate a non-discharge system,you must first apply for and receive
a new Wastewater Collection System Permit. Operating a non-discharge system without a valid
Wastewater Collection Permit will subject the responsible party to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per
day.
