Coats HP has completed the closure of acquiring the Pharr Yarns facility in McAdenville today. To follow up on the
permit (COC NCG170358) transfer, what documents are required to be sent to the DEQ or uploaded into the portal?
Also, can I get a copy of the COC with Coats HP listed as the permittee?
