Farm has adequate PAN deficit at this time to land apply waste. Due to recent rainfall over the past week
including rain in excess of 4 inches on 2/6/2020, sprayfields have beer saturated, and operation has not been
able to irrigate. Given no more rainfall, anticipates resuming irrigation and did begin pumping on 2/11/2020.
