NCDOT conducted a training webinar on July 8, 2019 for NCDOT staff and contractors associated with
NCDOT's Highway Stormwater Program (HSP) Stormwater Control Measure (SCM) Inspection &
Maintenance (I&M) Program. The webinar provided an overview of the I&M Program requirements and
internal procedures and discussed areas of the program that have had recent updates. The agenda
