Inspection Summary:
On February 5,2020 this facility was inspected for compliance with the No Exposure Certification.
During the inspection,the following items were noted:
1)Personnel on site were unable to produce an annual self-recertification document. Facility personnel are directed to
perform compliance inspections as outlined in the No Exposure Application.
2)Materials from the industrial process were observed exposed to precipitation.
3)Bailed Cardboard was observed exposed to precipitation.
4)Industrial equipment was observed exposed to precipitation.
Please give the above items your immediate attention.This facility will be re-inspected on or after March 19,2020. If the
above items have not been addressed,further action will be taken.
