Post -Construction Stormwater Program a. Objectives In cooperation with DENR, implement a post -construction stormwater program to regulate stormwater from new NCDOT development and redevelopment for new built upon area (BUA) by requiring structural and non-structural best management practices to protect water quality, reduce pollutant loading, and minimize post - construction impacts to water quality. b. Management Measures The NCDOT shall implement the following management measures to meet the objectives of the Post -Construction Runoff Stormwater Program. Management Measures :: ` Measurable Goals.::. :. (a) Implement a Post- Implement a Post -Construction Stormwater Program (PCSP) to Construction control runoff from new NCDOT development and redevelopment. Stormwater Program. The PCSP shall define implementation of the approved NCDOT BMP Toolbox and post -construction stormwater control measures.
