these penalties remain unpaid:

The total amount of unpaid penalties is $801.92,and those penalties are now subject to collection by the Attorney
General's office(AGO). Pursuant to 15A NCAC 18C.1912,the legal action which may be taken could result in
additional penalties and interest assessments in addition to the existing penalties.
To avoid legal action by the AGO,you must pay the full amount listed above no later than December 27,2019.
