Outfall 001: Septic System - Waste water system consists of a 0.0025MGD Domestic Waste Treatment System with the following components. Two Tanks, Subsurface Sand Filter, and Tablet Chlorination System followed by a De-Chlorination System. This rarely discharges, usually in times of high rainfall, and is closely monitored and analyzed per permit requirements. This outfall discharges into Paint Fork Creek. Outfall 002: Cooling Water Discharge - This discharge is clean water only that has been used for circulation through machine cooling systems. Nothing is added or required to be removed from this discharge. Monitoring consists of checking temperature and pH levels as required by permit. 8. Shafts are stacked with steel laminations and insulation epoxy applied. This core is then assembled as an armature by winding magnet wire into the slots, connecting the wires to the comm, fusing the wires to the comm, and applying varnish. The covers and shells are processed into subassemblies and all components are assembled as a complete motor. The manufacturing process produces no discharged waste.
