We would appreciate any information you might have that would be helpful in evaluating potential environmental impacts of the project including recommendation of alternates to be studied. Your comments will be used in the preparation of a federally funded Categorical Exclusion, prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy th Act. Please respond by February 14 so that your comments can be used in the scoping of this project. A copy of the vicinity map and an aerial showing the study area are attached.
