I've reviewed the application you submitted for a 401 Water Quality Certification for the Rodanthe Bridge transmission
line, North end (DWR project # 20191743). Impacts for the area identified as Wetland B on the plan sheet were
previously covered under a modification of the 401 for the Rodanthe Bridge project - DWR # 20180114 v.2. Impacts for
the area shown as Wetland A are in the footprint of the proposed bridge and were accounted for in the original 401 for
the bridge - DWR # 20180114 v.1. Water Quality General Certification No. 4133 applies to this activity and can be found
at the following link:
