The current permit, O&M records, and Laboratory analytical data were available for review. All paperwork was in order and up-to-date. The renewal application was discussed during the site visit. A staff report was generated with a request for information(RFI)for several items including, updated maps that show areas were surface water features and areas with slopes greater than 10% will be required to be adequately buffered. Other items such as, completed LOA's for the new fields and the name change for field NC-CA-21, Warlick property was also requested. These items will be addressed by our Central Office staff. The MRO is recommending the renewal of the permit once the items on the RFI have been received from the contractor.
