This office has reviewed the information submitted on June 5, 2000 on a plat
dated July 5, 2000 signed by your self and Suzan Waldrop relevant to the subject
property and I conducted a site visit for the above referenced project on July 5,
2000. This project is referenced by the Raleigh Regional Office as NBRRO. It
was determined that the drainage feature drains to Eno River depicted Orange
County Soils. However this feature is a stormwater channel and therefore not
subject to Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management Strategy;
Protection and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Areas, Administrative Code
T15A:02B.0233 (NCAC 0233).
