Please be aware that non-compliance with your permit could result in enforcement action by the Division of
Water Resources for these and any additional violations of State law. The Wilmington Regional Office
encourages you to take all necessary actions to bring your facility into compliance.
You will need to carefully schedule three L) samp/in_g events during different seasons prior to submittal of your
renewal application in Jul11August 2021 since Your permit expires at the end ofJanuarY 2022. This may not
eliminate potential enforcement action by our Central Office at that time.
