If no, please explain: Facility has historically only applied approximately 100 dry tons; however, this may
change with the plant upgrades and better solids management.

If no, please explain: One field is being deleted and the facility has been upgraded. The old Aeration Basin
was divided into an EQ basin and two aeration basins. No changes to the digesters. Wastewater
composition should be specified in application (see comment under section V).

V. ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW ITEMS
It should be noted under Section I.5 of the RSC form the facilities wastewater make-up should be listed as
approximately 80% domestic and 20% industrial. The Town has a formal pretreatment program and 3 SIUs
one of which is a CIU. One field is being deleted from the permit; however, based on previous application
amounts, the number of fields still within the program should be adequate. Additionally, SSB will add the
Town of Spindale as a residuals source.
