The old Aeration Basin was divided into an EQ basin and two aeration basins. No changes to the digesters. Wastewater composition should be specified in application (see comment under section V). 11. ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW ITEMS It should be noted under Section I.5 of the RSC form the facilities wastewater make-up should be listed as approximately 80% domestic and 20% industrial. The Town has a formal pretreatment program and 3 SIUs one of which is a CIU. One field is being deleted from the permit; however, based on previous application amounts, the number of fields still within the program should be adequate.
