Dear Mr. Stetter:
On April 25, 2000, 1 conducted a site visit of the leature involved in the above
referenced project. It was determined as a result oi'thc site visit that the water body present
on the property was subject to the Neusc River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters
Management Strategy; Protection and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Areas,
Administrative Code T 15A:02B.0233 (NCAC 0233). The subject water body includes the
pond and the stream above and below as indicated oil the attached map. The water body is
a tributary of Mine Creek.
This ot'licc has assigned the reference number of NBRRO 00-103 to this project.
