Folks,
I regret that we missed a stream impact on a sidewalk project where we already have a recently issued permit. The
issued permit numbers are below. I updated the drawings (attached) to show where this additional impact is planned
(i.e. Site 2) for a culvert replacement and extension/fill slope. The entire pipe needs to be replaced because of
deterioration. I was beginning to fill out everything for an on-line submittal, but then thought I'd best check first to see
if you would need it. I was not proposing mitigation since the stream most certainly would score low (see pictures) and
because of the short length of the extension, though I have not done a NCSAM sheet.
Please advise or let me know if you needed added information.
