Wake County Soils and the USGS Raleigh East maps were evaluated to determine their subjectivit
to the Neuse Buffer Rule. The feature represented on both maps is a creek and as such is subject t
protection under the Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management Strategy; Protectio:
and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Areas, Administrative Code T15A:02B.0233 (NCAC 0233;
This feature is Marsh Creek and is delineated on the map received by this Office on April 15, 200(
