The following has been addressed: 1. There are no new or undeveloped parcels for this project. 2. The proposed sewer must cross twice because of a permanent garage and a storage building obstructing the path on the north side of Jennie's Creek. See enclosed revised 8x1 Isheet with crossing W8 and W9 showing the garage and storage building. 3. The stream crossing are required by the erosion control permit. All stream crossing and geotextile fabric are deemed temporary in nature and shall be removed as soon as the project is stabilized. 4. The PCN application table was not correct. See enclosed copies of page 4 (and additional page 4) showing the change from 0.91 acres of impact to 0.38 acres of impact. The drawings that were sent in the previous package are correct. If you require any additional information please contact me at this office. Sincerely, HOBBS, UPCHURCH & ASSOCIATES, P.A. E:1 ?6ct a?t?F?
