General Permit No. NCG200000 and Certificate of Coverage No. NCG200510.
The stormwater discharge outfall (SDO) monitoring report for June 2019 is attached. The June 2019 sampling
event and the corresponding Tier III response will be documented in TT&E's Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan.
