y Dear Mr. Jelenevsky:
On March 9, 2000, I met with you at the subject property to conduct a site visit for the above
referenced project. This project is referenced by the Raleigh Regional Office as NBRRO 00-069.
The features represented on the Wake County Soils and the USGS Lake Apex maps were evaluated
to determine their subjectivity to the Neuse Buffer Rule. Three features were evaluated and their
points of origin were flagged. The feature above those points (100, 300, and 500) are not subject
to protection under the Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management Strategy;
Protection and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Areas, Administrative Code T15A:02B.0233
(NCAC 0233).
a The unnamed tributaries to Middle Creek are delineated on the map received by this Office on March
15, 2000. This letter only addresses the applicability of the Neuse Buffer Rules. Thank you for your
