Tarboro WWTP NPDES No. NC0020605 Edgecombe County The Technical Support Branch has recently evaluated newly submitted pretreatment headworks information for the subject facility. This information on these 307 (a)' priority pollutants was either not available when Tarboro' s NPDES permit was last renewed or beeauss the POTW' s effluent composition has changed substan- tially since permit issuance. After review of this data, it has been determined that the NPDES permit should be reopened, pursuant to Part III, Condition E of the subject permit, for the addition of effluent limits arid/or monitoring requirements for the parameters indicated on the attached approval form. Existing permit limits and/or monitoring requirements not detailed in the attached approval form should remain unchanged.
