On July 23, 2019 our Mooresville Regional Office with the Division of Energy Mineral and Land
resources determined coverage could be rescinded as requested. Attached please find a copy of
the inspection report.
Your request for rescission of coverage of NCG050438 is hereby approved.
If something changes and your facility would again require stormwater or wastewater discharge
permit coverage, you should notify this office immediately. We would be happy to assist you in
assuring the proper permit coverage.
