r:, r s referenced project. This project was initially referenced by the Raleigh Regional Office as NBRRO
00-036.

4 %? y The features represented on the Wake County Soils and the USGS Apex maps were evaluated to
determine their subjectivity to the Neuse Buffer Rule. As a result, it was determined that there
several features (streams) and a pond present on the property that are subject to protection under the
„t Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management Strategy;. Protection and Maintenance
of Existing Riparian Areas, Administrative Code T15A:02B.0233 (NCAC 0233).
The features have been delineated on the map received by this Office on February 14, 2000. This
letter only addresses the applicability of the Neuse Buffer Rules. Thank you for your attention to
