The plat map and other information was provided to allow a determination to be made as to whether or not the site would require compliance with the Neuse Buffer Rule. This specific project is referenced by the Raleigh Regional Office as NBQRO 00-037. The features represented on the Orange County Soils and the Hillsborough USGS Quad maps were evaluated to determine their subjectivity to the Neuse Buffer Rule. It was determined that there are no features depicted on the USGS map and the feature on the Soils map is only a stormwater channel. - Therefore, accordin8 the Rule, this property is not subject to the Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive w Waters Management Strategy; Protection and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Arens, Administrative Code T15A:02B.0233 (NCAC 0233).
