Permit sites 23 and 28 were affected. Site 23 had an increase in temporary impacts and site 28 added temporary impacts and increase in bank stabilization impacts. Site 23 went from 21 linear feet of temporary impacts to 89 linear feet of temporary impacts Site 28 added 188 linear feet of temporary impacts and went from 25 linear feet of bank stabilization to 365 linear feet of bank stabilization. In DOT's October 21, 2019 submittal -- they mention U-2579B being modified on July 2, 2014. Can anyone tell me what the modification was for? I have the information I need for the February 21, 2019 and I did the October 17, 2019 mod.. so I'm good there.. just need to know how the IP was modified in July of 2014... shortly after it's issue date of June 17, 2014.
