This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Non -discharge Permit No. WQ0029289. The current permit for the facility expires on March 31, 2020. A renewal application has been submitted. The following issues were noted during the inspection. -The West, North and South Flow Meter is down due to pump 2 being down. ORC stated fixes are in the works. -Major portions of the hardwood trees (cover crop) were still dead. To the credit of the facility the Forestry Service did find out what caused the deaths. The Forestry Service found bacteria were killing the hardwood tree cover crop.
