Paul,
The plan may be stamped up on 1/14, but I wrote the letter on 1/15. My understanding was that DEQwould need only
the Letter of Approval, so my strategy has been to date the letter on the day it is sent. If you would like me to indicate
the date otherwise please let me know.
The LDX-2019-00062 is the record number for the civil site plan for Proximity Park. Upon plan approval, we create a
Grading Permit record for each project that is designated with the "LDGP" prefix. I can confirm that both of the record
numbers referenced by the Applicant will land you on the same civil site plan, though we'd prefer permittees to
reference the LDGP number for purposes related to the Grading Permit.

Thank you for the revised E&SC plan approval with the 5.33 acres. I only need an explanation for the following differences:
Date E&SC Plan approved = 1/14/2020 (eNOl applic), but = 1/15/2020 (actual approval)
E&SC Plan Project No/ID = LDX-2019-00062 (eNOl applic), but = LDGP-2019-00005 (actual approval)
Thx.

I believe the City needs to update the letter of approval to show the denuded area to be 5.33 acres, not 17.11 acres. That is what
is called out on the plans. I've copied Jay Wilson to confirm.
Jay, the attached letter is for project LDX-2019-00062.
Thanks,
Luke

Hi. I'm sorry, but now I'm confused. The attached approval has different date, permit number and acreage than
that listed in the eNO1 application:
January 15, 2020------------------ January 14, 2020 (eNO1 applic)
Permit ID: LDGP-2019-00005 ------ LDX-2019-00062 (eNO1 applic)
Denuded Acreage: 17.11-------------- 5.33 (eNO1 applic)
5
The email sent from A. Botkin appears to have the consistent information. Please advise. Thx.

Plans approved and available for download in Accela.
Grading Permit is LDGP-2020-00005. Erosion Control will contact you with further information about your grading
permit.
When you are ready to begin construction please go to www.charlottenc.gov/ld and fill out the "Preconstruction
Meeting Request" form and submit it online. Please make sure you fill out the form completely. Whoever fills out
the Preconstruction Meeting Request will need the City Project Number OR the Grading Permit Number so please
forward this info to the correct person.
If you have a Mecklenburg County project # please send it to me so I can release any of our permit holds.
Thank you and good luck with your project!
