Dear Mr. Golding:
The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources' Stormwater Permitting
Program acknowledges receipt of your renewal application for coverage under NPDES
Permit Number NCS000211 on January 30, 2020. We are currently beginning our review
of your renewal application. Please continue to comply with all conditions and
monitoring requirements in your current or expired NPDES stormwater permit. As
long as you have submitted a complete renewal request package and maintain compliance
with those permit conditions, stormwater discharges from this facility are authorized by
that permit until the Division issues a renewal permit or notifies you of an alternative
action.
No additional information is required at this time, but we may contact you in the
future. Please notify us if any significant changes have taken place at this facility since you
submitted the renewal package. If you have any questions about this matter, please contact
Annette Lucas at (919) 707-3639 or Annette.lucas@ncdenr.gov.
Sincerely,
Suzan McCoy
