Paul,
The SDRMF permit number is the Multi -family subdivision approval that we received for then full permit. The LDGP
permit number is for the Land Development Grading Permit.
Let me know if there is anything else you need from me or for me to do in order to get the application accepted.
Thank you for your help.

Jason,
Hi. Thanks for the explanation about the difference in dates. The application cannot be modified after it has been
submitted, but I will keep your email explanation with the project folder. Can you also explain the difference in the
permit/project numbers ...
SDRMF-2018-00105 is the permit number in eNOI application whereas LDGP-2019-00120 is the permit number on the
uploaded documentation.
If an explanation is also provided for the difference in permit/project numbers, I can also include that with project
folder. Thx.

Paul,
The City of Charlotte approved the plans on 06/04/19 (which included the erosion control). The date of 06/14/19
appears to be the date they created the Grading Permit. Will changing the date on the application to 06/14/19 satisfy
your comment? I've asked the City of Charlotte to confirm the actual approval date of the erosion control.
Thank you,
Jason Dolan, RLA

Mr. Coogle (Trey),
Hi. The eNO1 application referenced in the subject line of this email message did not have the correct Erosion and
Sedimentation Control Plan approval attached (See Part D — No. 5 — E&SC Plan Approval letter/documentation). The
uploaded approval must have the same date (Part D — No. 1), same project number (Part D — No. 2) and same acres
approved to be disturbed.
The eNO1 application had E&SC date as 6/4/2019, while the date on the uploaded version is 6/14/2019. In addition,
SDRMF-2018-00105 is the permit number in eNO1 application whereas LDGP-2019-00120 is the permit number on the
uploaded documentation. Please see if you can identify the correct Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan approval
and email it to me.
If we receive this documentation by tomorrow (1/22) by 3 pm, application processing can continue. If we do receive
documentation by that date/time, we will have to reject the application. Please contact me with any questions. Thx.
