Staff from the Division of Water Resources has confirmed that these Permits are no longer required. Therefore, in accordance with your request,the following Sewer Extension Permits are rescinded, effective immediately. WQ0020722 Duck Pond Pump Station Abandonment issued 02/05/02 WQ0020964 Interim Shiloh Pump Station and Force Main issued 02/05/02 WQ0022320 Treybrooke Pump Station Abandonment issued 03/14/03 WQ0024197 Town Hall Drive Pump Station & Force Main issued 08/09/04 WQ0028887 Upper Kit Creek Regional Pump Station issued 06/10/05 If in the future, if you wish again to operate a non-discharge system,you must first apply for and receive a new Wastewater Collection System Permit. Operating a non-discharge system without a valid Wastewater Collection Permit will subject the responsible party to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per day.
