2018 and in accordance with your request, Certificate of Coverage NCS000309 has been rescinded
effective immediately.
Please continue to operate under NCG030579. Attached is a copy of the Inspection Report for your
records.

Inspection Summary:
TA site visit initially conducted at the request of Deno Anderson to determine NEC applicability for the Schindler Step Plant
facility as the individual permit is scheduled to expire on December 31,2019. Mr.Anderson relayed that the facility ceased
conducting aluminum die casting in 2017,which is likely the reason for individual permit issuance,and inquired about
extending permit coverage of the NCG030000 General Permit that the adjacent Schindler Escalator Plant facility is under
(NCG030579). Discussed options of applying for NEC,which would necessitate removal of some scrap materials/equipment
and covering some dumpsters,or possibility of allowing individual permit to expire and managing the site under the
conditions of the NCG030000 General Permit along with the Escalator Plant.
