Based on your previous comments/ recommendations and our phone call yesterday, please see attached revised Option
3 exhibit for the above referenced development.
The revised exhibit shows a steeper adjacent street running slope, a 2.5' wall, and increased fill slope into the stream to
a maximum of 2:1. Stream impacts are now at 112 L.F.

I saw the other plans. It was difficult to tell the difference in the plan layout overall since it
was a blow up of the area in question, but I did see the reduction in impact. However, even
the current plan is a lot of just fill. Is it not possible to pull the fill line back to the 715
elevation line as shown below. I must admit I get confused as I move over to the bmp. The

red line is a potential wall. Not sure if you mention, but the filled stream regardless of length
should have a French drain to discharge the day lighted section of stream. Thanks, Alan

Reviewing the plan, it would appear that the stream impact can be avoided with the removal
of the single unit. If safety is a concern a fence should be utilized. If construction is still
preferred, then changing the builing design/location/layout and/or utilizing retaining wall
should be utilized. Plus pushing the SW BMP away from the stream. Given the amount of
grading proposed, if SW volume is a concern then digging, rather creating a berm on terra
firma could be accomplished. Or additional bmp.
Essentially, fill slopes are impacting the channel.
