This letter is being sent to you in response for your request of concurrence on the above
referenced project. This project is referenced by this Office as NBRRO-003. It has determined
by our Office that there are no features located on the subject tract of land that are subject to the
Neuse River Basin Riparian Area Protection Rules, Administrative Code TI5A:02B.0233.
From our review of the United States Geological Survey Raleigh West Quad Map and the Soil
Survey Map of Wake County of the project, it appears that there are no water bodies present in
the evaluated area that are subject to the Neuse Buffer Riparian Rules, (Administrative Code
T15A:02B.0233.
