On October 8, 1999, I met with you at the subject property. An evaluation of the stream features
Nth was performed to determine whether the site would require compliance with the Neuse Buffer
`M?,aiair;app ?tR;.?F Rule. This specific project is referenced by the Raleigh Regional Office as NBRRO-270.
The features represented on the Wake County Soils and the Cary USGS maps were evaluated to
determine their subjectivity to the Neuse Buffer Rule. There is two features represented on the
Soils map. Only one is a stream subject to the Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters
Management Strategy; Protection and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Areas, Administrative
Code T15A:02B.0233 (NCAC 0233). The feature begins near the property line well below the
pond and traverses off the tract to the south.
