On November 23, 1999, I met with you at the subject property. An evaluation of the stream
"features was performed to determine whether the site would require compliance with the Neuse
' ?r' wj Buffer Rule. This specific project is referenced by the Raleigh Regional Office as NBRRO-282.

??..-... ` ?a: The features represented on the Durham County Soils and the Northwest Durham US GS maps
^?M were evaluated to determine their subjectivity to the Neuse Buffer Rule. It was determined that
h, ;A there are two features that are present on the ground (three are depicted on the maps). Both are
subject to the Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management Strategy; Protection
and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Areas; Administrative Code T15A:02B.0233 (NCAC
w 0233). These features are depicted on the map received by this Office on December 17, 1999.
