Dear Cyndi:
Thank you for keeping me abreast of the progress. I would like to address your
comments in the 7/14/00 letter, however, I have not received it as yet. If it
does not get here within the next day or two, I will email you. In the
meantime, Joanne and I discussed access points and buildable lot layouts. All
lots are currently buildable and the need for future permit requests is
unlikely. In addition, Onslow County will preserve all remaining wetlands in
perpetuity by placing these areas in restrictive covenants. I hope this clears
up this issue, but I will address any additional points that your letter 1
requests when I get it.
