I am writing in reference to the violations found on my Stallings Family Farm on
October 31, 2019 when Ms. Marlene Salyer made her routine site compliance visit. Mr.
Michael Nixon is the designated Operator in Charge for our Facility number 21-04.
Mr. Nixon has now addressed the violations. He has mowed around the
lagoon/storage pond and has placed cattle on the application fields. It is my
understanding that Ms. Salyer has already seen pictures of the corrective actions that have
been taken. She is welcome to stop by the farm at any time to monitor the maintenance
status.
Please let me know if I need to do anything else in response to the violations.
