On March 30, 2017, Glen White of the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality —
Division of Minerals, Energy and Land Resources visited Worthington Cylinders located at 1690
Lowery Street in Winston-Salem, NC. The facility appears to qualify for No Exposure
Exclusion to the Industrial Stormwater Permit Requirements under current operating procedures.
No Exposure Exclusion is Granted. If operating procedures, site conditions or permit
requirements change, the facility may be required to reapply for full coverage under a new
industrial stormwater permit.
