Dear Mr. Park:
On December 14, 1999, Danny Smith from the 40l/Wetland Unit
met with you at the Raleigh Entertainment and Sports Arena to discuss
buffer zone restoration. As a result of this meeting you have requested
written conformation detailing the extent of your restoration
requirements. Accordingly, the attached map depicts the required
riparian zone restoration areas. Also, requirements of restoration include
tree planting within Zone one. Zone one is located from the stream edge
landward for a distance of 30 feet. An additional 20 foot wide regulated
buffer must also be maintained in vegetation.
