Comment: I met with DOT staff Amy Euliss and James Harris to review13 weeks of NPDES records. All records
were complete and in good order. There was one week when Urgent items were not addressed within 24
hours. I was told they were addressed but there were problems with the contractor during that time and
no follow-up dating occurred on the paperwork.
