regarding individual stormwater permit NCS000309 for the Schindler Step Plant. Additionally, the FRO has no objections
to extending general permit coverage under NCG030579 associated with the Schindler Escalator Plant to the adjacent
Schindler Step Plant. Please see attached e-mail correspondence supporting this process and decision.
