Dear Mr. Dow,
The Division of Water Resources (DWR) received a draft Mitigation Plan from the Division of
Mitigation Services (DMS) for the Green Valley Farm II site (Site) in 2019, for review and approval
under 15A NCAC 02B .0295 to be used as a buffer mitigation project in the Randleman Lake
Watershed. DWR reviewed the Mitigation Plan and provided comments and recommendations. DWR
received a revised Mitigation Plan that addressed all comments and recommendations. The table below
summarizes the timeline of the Mitigation Plan:
