Tom and Garcy,
We are doing a bit of housecleaning and this one popped up . Both of you issued permits last year in June and July
(SAW-2019-01204 7/3/2019 and DWR Project No. 20190585 6/24/2019). We had to modify the CAMA application to
make DCM happy, so the revised application went to DCM August 16, 2019 along with a permit mod request to both of
you. Chris and I are not finding that we heard back from either of you on that request. At the moment, I am not
remembering if we technically needed something back in writing, but it would be good to have as we get the permit
package ready for the project let. DCM issued their permit September 13, 2019.
Please let me know where we are on this one.
