Do not click links or open attachments unless you verify. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to report.spam@nc.gov Paul, good morning. The approved disturbed area is 27.6, not the 47.2. We had paid the county for the the 47.2 but the actual disturbance was reduced per the approved plans. How do I edit that number? Also, do you want me to re -upload just the cover sheet? Also, how can I get back in to check the boxes on the certification form? The link to access the form does not work anymore most likely because it was submitted. Thank you for the help. This is the first one I have been asked to fill out so I apologize for the mistakes. The eNO1 application referenced in the subject line of this message is under review. Part D — No. 5 — E&SC plan approval letter/documentation. We prefer to receive the E&SC plan approval and not the entire set of plans stamped as approved as we do not have the space to store this type of documentation. In addition, when reviewing the plan cover sheet, the date and EPM reference number were the same as noted in the eNO1 application. The PCCO Summary (also on plan cover sheet) indicated 27.6 Disturbed Area while Part A— No. 12 indicated 47.2 acres to be disturbed. The acreage specified in uploaded approval should be equal to or greater than acreage in eNO1 application. If you can provide documentation that indicates acreage approved to be disturbed equal 47.2 acres (as in eNO1 application), please send this by tomorrow (Thurs 1/23) or the application will have to be rejected. If you have any questions, please call me (919) 707-3642. Thx. Mr. Henninger (Mark), Hi. I'm sorry that I forgot to mention that the NOI Certification Form uploaded with the application — Part D — No. 6 was signed, but the boxes were not checked. When you send the documentation that indicates acreage approved to be disturbed equal 47.2 acres, please also send the completed (boxes checked) NOI Certification Form. This information has to be received by noon Friday (I'm providing more time since I've added an additional request) or the application will be rejected. Please contact me with any questions. Thx. I should be available all day today to discuss this application. I can speak with both you and Mark if you like. Thx.
