FYI, my records indicate what project the following permit numbers are associated:
585 — Parcel O Phase II — Dan Ryan Builders
621—The Cove at Mackintosh -Phase 1A
634—The Cove at Mackintosh -Phase 113
652 —The Cove at Mackintosh -Phase 213
You might want to have the reference to COB permit 585 corrected. Phase 2A's permit number is 648 (the permit fee
was 585).

I could see that being a challenge because you essentially have a project within a project.
My understanding of the COC is that, once it was obtained for the disturbance and the annual dues were paid, the
project kept coverage until the NOT was processed. Effectively I guess you could have submitted a lot only erosion
control plan for the entire site and maintained the COC until all the lots were built out or transition the disturbance from
one phase to the next.
DRH is really the only entity that we have "lot only" permits with at this scale, so I have not ran into this yet. Let me
know what you two come up with!

FYI. When Meredith was here she applied for the NCG01 COC. Since she has left, I am having to fill out a new COC for
this project. Their system is not set up to receive multiple phases such as this so it has been an adventure getting the
new COC. Once it hand, I'll send you a copy so you have it. I also have a meeting with Annette Lucas with the state to
discuss challenges like this so that so they can be improved in the future. I wasn't sure if you had others let you know
that they were having trouble with the COC's so I thought I'd let you know.

I checked a few weeks ago and none were ready. I am going to check again after break though. We may be ready for 113.
The model is on 1A and we leave lots around it open until the end of the project so that one will be open for a bit longer.
