Belmont staff also completed their internal field inspection. The MRO inspection continued at the Belmont WWTP for review of residuals storage and additional records. Both the facility and field site appeared to meet residuals program requirements at the time of inspection. Ms. Setzer requested information on the EPA biosolids reporting. You may request a reduction to once per permit cycle by writing nathaniel.thornburg@ncdenr.gov anytime, or with your permit renewal application, due in December 2020. Met with Belmont WWTP staff, who conduct their own internal inspections. This permit currently does not require groundwater monitoring. Soils are assessed with new land sites to the program. Permittees and LA contractors are reminded to re -assess Seasonal High Water Table, as area wet -weather conditions dictate, and adjust buffers accordingly. Page 5 of 5
