Huffman Jr., Mayor, Town of Granite Falls concerning the effluent limitations for the Granite Falls Wastewater treatment plant. The'effluent limitations were issued .for two different design flows - 0.5 mgd and 0.'865 mgd. However, based upon the revisions in the 201 Plan, the design flow for the Granite Falls Wastewater'Treatment Plant is 0.750' mgd. Accordingly, we will appreciate your providing us the effluent limitations for 0.750 mgd design flow. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Sincerely, L.E.
