Inspection Summary:
Site inspection was conducted by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office on January 23, 2020. Inspector James
Hutchins (Michael Baker Engineering) was present during a portion of the inspection. North Fork Muddy Creek was
walked from below the site to above the project limits. Recommendations include beefing up the outlet protection at —
Station 20+50 and maintaining silt fence capacity below the 1-40 East exit ramp. This was communicated to the
inspector. Entire site had previously been seeded and strawed. Site is in compliance with the 401 Water Quality
Certification.
