Authorization to Construct
Prefabricated Lab Building
for Louisburg Wastewater
Treatment Plant
EPA Project No. C370397-03
Dear Mayor Peoples:
Final plans and specifications for the subject project have been reviewed
and found to be satisfactory. Authorization is hereby granted for the con-
struction of a Prefabricated Lab Building to measure 24 feet by 40 feet.
This authorization to Construct shall be subject to revocation unless the
proposed facilities are constructed in accordance with the approved plans,
speecifications, supporting documents, and are in compliance with the conditions
and limitations as specified in Permit No. NC0020231.
One (1) set of final approved plans and specifications is to be forwarded
to you, one (1) set to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) , and two (2)
sets to the Corns of Engineers,. You are cautioned not to proceed with con-
struction until so notified by EPA, if Federal funds are desired for this
project.
