submitted to this office by Hood Richardson,PA on behalf of the Town of Pantego.
Submittal of this EAA satisfies the requirement listed in A.(3.) of permit NC0036919. After review of the
alternatives and costs presented in the analysis and consideration of your facility's good compliance history,the
Division has concluded that the continued operation of the Town of Pantego Municipal Center WWTP is the most
environmentally sound alternative from all reasonable cost-effective options. No other actions are required of you
at this time.
